Root Cause: We encountered a critical issue on our database that required performing a blocking rebuild operation. As a result, we were temporarily unable to process new data during the incident window.
Impact Duration: ~3 hours
Impacts Observed:
During the incident, the following functionalities were unavailable:
* Creation and updates of orders (order-in/order-out)
* Reception and creation of order events (e.g., charter, pairing, delivery, etc.).
* Manual status updates on the web.
* General order lifecycle management, including geofencing.
* Status updates within the mobile application.
Recovery Actions:
We are currently in the process of replaying all order creation and modification messages and actively assessing the progress and outcomes.
We are also evaluating the best approach to proceed with the replay of events and will act on this promptly.
Once the process is complete, we will provide confirmation. If there are any delays, we will share an update promptly.
